Clinical observation of anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction with semitendinosus and gracilis tendon under knee arthroscopy

Abstract：Objective To explore the method and effect of anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction under knee arthroscopy .Methods Retrospective analysis was conducted in the clinical data of 26 cases of anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction under knee arthroscopy with autologous semitendinosus muscle and gracilis tendon fixed by inter-ference screw and Endobutton in our department.Knee joint function was assessed postoperatively.Results All the pa-tients were followed up for 12-18 months.The Lysholm knee score criteria showed the preoperative score of ( 54.7 ± 9.13) and the postoperative score of (86.6 ±6.97).Conclusion The method of anterior cruciate ligament recon-struction with semitendinosus and gracilis tendon under knee arthroscopy is feasible and satisfactory ,which is worthy to be widely used in clinic practice .
