Emphasizing the effect of damage control in the trauma care

Abstract：Damage control surgery is now widely used for severe abdominal wound ,severe bone and joint trauma,traumatic brain injury,chest trauma,multiple injuries,etc.As most of trauma patients accompany severe conditions and complicated pathophysiological changes ,we should regulate the damage control technique and solve the problems closely related to the patients ’ pathophysiological changes during the treatment period ,so as to enhance the patients ’ treatment success rate .
