Several key issues on how to manage the uncontrolled hemorrhagic shock in the early stage

Abstract：Trauma is the leading cause of disability and death of the young and middle ages .The potential loss of life years caused by injury far outweighs the other diseases .More than 40%of the wounded died of uncon-trolled hemorrhagic shock.The key of improving the success rate of trauma rescue is to manage the uncontrolled hemorrhagic shock in the early stage.In order to help clinicians develop a safer ,more effective and more practical recovery plan,the author introduces and addresses several key issues on how to manage the uncontrolled hemorrhagic shock,including choosing appropriate resuscitation fluid ,performing damage control resuscitation ,actively correcting traumatic coagulopathy and hypothermia therapy in traumatic brain injury care .
