Several key issues in liver trauma

Abstract：Special attention should be given to several problems in liver trauma as follows .The diagnostic classification needs to be standardized ,modern imaging diagnostic techniques should be utilized adequately ,organ in-jury scale can't be ignored.The strategy of limited fluid resuscitation is a wise option ,and non-operative treatment has been attached more importance .Damage control surgery program is selected to those who need surgeries ,further great attention should be paid to perihepatic packing ,nonanatomical resection and management for bile duct injury , while hepatic artery ligation should be used carefully .
