Two kinds of cervical anterior locking plate in cervical fixation
Abstract：Objective To observe and evaluate the effects of application of the two kinds of anerior cervical locking plate in cervical fixation.Methods Eighteen cases with cervical diseases or injuries were treated by anterior decompression,bone grafting and fixation with the two kinds of anterior cervical locking plate(CSLP,ORION).Results The symptom of nervous system was recovered,and the bone grafting was fused completely.There was no loosing of the plates and the screws.Conclusion CSLP and ORION can provide reliable stability for the fixation segments.It is effective for fusion of the grafting bone with the characteristics of simple,safety,good biocompatibility,and no need of being removed.
