Abstract：Objective To study the effect of micro-drilli ng on both segments of bone near fracture site in the process of fracture healin g.Methods Forty rabbits was caused experimental fracture of ra dius 5-8micropores were made on both segments of bone near fracture site with mi crobone drill. The contrast observation of the histology, X-ray and radioactive nuclide scan had been done at the end of the 2, 3, 4 and 6 weeks after operation .Results The healing of fracture of the test-group is better th an that of the control-group(P<0.05). Conclusi on Micro-drilling on both segments of bone near fracture site can acce lerate the fracture healing.
