Diagnosis and treatment of closed cardiac trauma
Abstract：Objective To review the experience of diagnosis and treatment of closed cardiac trauma.Methods Twenty-eight p atients with different kinds of closed cardiac trauma from Jan，1978 to Dec，1 997 were reviewed.Types of trauma,clinical symptoms and signs,and treatment were analyzed.Results Twenty-seven cases recovered and one case died with a mortality of 3.6%.Conclusion Prognosis is good in m ost of cases,if correct diagnosis is made,and reasonable treatments are given ac cording to different types of patients in time.
