Abstract：Objective To explore some treating measures to de crease the mortality of the abdominal surgical diseases combined with MODS.Methods (1)Present synthesis treating measure is to use great do sage of anisodaminum and dexamethasone together for a short time.(2)While trea ting MODS,inflammatory medium,bacterias,exotoxin,endotoxin,dysfunction of microc irculation,immunity,nutrition,choronic diseases and the function of organs shoul d be paid more attention to and cured as well.(3)Nourishment support treatment has been adopted.(4)JIEDUGUBENTANG developed by ourselves was used cooperati vely to improve immunity and adjust the deliverance of inflammatory medium.Results Fifty-nine patients died in 118 patients(the mortality 5 0.00%).Forty-nine patients died in the 87 patients cured with traditional routi ne methods(the mortality 56.32%).Ten cases died and 21 cases were cured with the new synthesis treating measures(the mortality 32.25%).Conclusion The pathogenes of MODS is complex and it is difficult to be cured.The mort ality can be decreased by using new synthesis treating measures.
