Abstract：This report details three special cases of Clostridium difficile infection(CDI)occurring in patients with HBV-associated hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC)complicated by esophageal and gastric fundal variceal bleeding,following endoscopic treatment.Through a multidimensional analysis,we explored the potential risk factors,complex etiology,and characteristic clinical manifestations associated with the onset of this concurrent infection.The aim is to enhance the systematic understanding of this specific comorbid condition.
