Abstract:Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of fructose-1,6-diphosphate sodium combined with recombinant human interferon α1b in the treatment of rotavirus enteritis and its effect on myocardial enzyme profiles in children. Methods A total of 200 children with rotavirus enteritis complicated with diabetic ketoacidosis admitted to our hospital(San Tai County People's Hospital)from June 2021 to June 2024 were selected. They were divided into a control group and an observation group using a random number table method, with 100 cases in each group. The control group received recombinant human interferon α1b treatment, while the observation group received fructose-1,6-diphosphate sodium combined with recombinant human interferon α1b.The improvement time of clinical symptoms was compared and statistically analyzed between the two groups.Levels of inflammatory factors[Tumor Necrosis Factor Alpha(TNF-α),Interleukin-6(IL-6),High Mobility Group Protein B1(HMGB1)],gastrointestinal function indicators[Gastrin(GAS),Motilin(MTL),Diamine Oxidase(DAO),Intestinal Fatty Acid Binding Protein(I-FABP)],myocardial enzymes[Creatine Kinase(CK),Lactate Dehydrogenase(LDH),Creatine Kinase Isoenzyme(CK-MB)],neural factors[Nerve Growth Factor(NGF),Brain-Derived Neurotrophic Factor(BDNF),Neurotrophic Factors(NTF),Myelin Basic Protein(MBP),Neuron Specific Enolase(NSE)],and T cell subsets[CD4+T cells,CD8+T cells,CD4+/CD8+ratio]were measured. Results After treatment, compared with the control group:The observation group showed significantly shortened clinical symptom improvement time(P<0.05).Levels of TNF-α,IL-6,HMGB1,MBP,NSE,CD8+T cells,GAS,MTL,DAO,I-FABP,CK,LDH,and CK-MB were significantly reduced(P<0.05).Levels of NGF,BDNF,NTF,CD4+T cells, and the CD4+/CD8+ratio were significantly higher(P<0.05).The total effective rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion For children with rotavirus enteritis, the treatment regimen of fructose-1,6-diphosphate sodium combined with recombinant human interferon α1b can effectively reduce inflammatory responses, improve gastrointestinal function, alleviate myocardial injury, relieve clinical symptoms, demonstrating significant clinical efficacy.
