Abstract:Objective The study investigates how patients with chronic hepatitis B and liver cirrhosis'intestinal flora and symptom improvement are affected by probiotics taken in conjunction with a pre-rehabilitation model. Methods A total of 100 patients with CHB cirrhosis admitted to People's Hospital of Rugao from May 2021 to May 2023 were selected as the study objects and divided into 2 groups with 50 patients each according to random digital table method. In the control group,4 cases were lost to follow-up and 2 cases dropped out of the study, and 44 patients were eventually included;in the observation group,3 cases were lost to follow-up and 3 cases dropped out of the study, and 44 patients were eventually included. The control group was given routine nursing, and the observation group was given pre-rehabilitation nursing combined with probiotics on the basis of control group. The differences of intestinal flora, duration of clinical symptom disappearance, clinical efficacy, cellular immunity and disease rehabilitation knowledge, quality of life and compliance scores were compared between the two groups. Results The improvement of intestinal flora index in observation group after intervention was better than that before intervention, and observation group was better than control group(P<0.05),and the observation group experienced a shorter duration of clinical symptom disappearance(P<0.05);The total effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group after the intervention(P<0.05),and the level of cellular immunity indexes in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The observation group exhibited a higher level of mastery in disease-related information compared to the control group(P<0.05).Patients in the observation group had better QOL ratings than those in the control group(P<0.05).The rehabilitation compliance scores in the observation group were higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Probiotics combined with a prehabilitation model is an effective treatment strategy that not only helps patients with chronic hepatitis B cirrhosis recover but also improves their quality of life by improving the state of intestinal flora and enhancing immune function.
