Abstract：In this paper,a patient with chronic hepatitis B complicated with severe myosuppression accompanied with Acinetobacter baumannii infection and ascites treated with pegylated interferon in our hospital was introduced.The clinical characteristics,laboratory test results,diagnosis and treatment process were described,and the corresponding discussion and analysis were made.
