Abstract：The causes of mediastinal hilar lymph node enlargement and calcification include lymph node tuberculosis,sarcoidosis,tumors,pneumoconiosis,etc.Pathogenic diagnosis requires the use of mediastinoscopy and needle aspiration biopsy techniques guided by CT,bronchoscopy,endobronchial ultrasound,and electromagnetic navigation to collect specimens.Imaging is used to locate enlarged lymph nodes,and appropriate sampling techniques are selected for diagnosis based on specific conditions such as the location,distribution,and presence of airway stenosis in the patient's lymph node lesions.The purpose of this review is to provide a reference for the optimization of diagnostic techniques for infectious diseases such as TB,TB/HIV with mediastinal hilar lymph node enlargement and calcification.
