Abstract：Summarize the characteristics of post exposure prophylaxis using blocking drugs in three individuals exposed to human immunodeficiency virus (HIV), evaluate post exposure prophylaxis for those seeking post exposure prophylaxis, analyze post exposure time, exposure behavioral risk, exposure source infection status, selection and blocking effects of blocking drugs, and review relevant literature to provide reference for clinical post exposure prophylaxis of HIV.
