Abstract：Rickettsia Sibirica spotted feveris a type of spotted fever group of Rickettsia is an important zoonosis.The clinical manifestations of this disease are characterized by fever,skin and lymph node enlargement,while serious damage to renal function is rare.This paper reported a case of Rickettsia Sibirica spot fever with renal dysfunction as the main clinical manifestation,providing some reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment of this type of disease.
