Abstract:Ketamine-associated cystitis is caused by urinary system symptoms after long-term use of ketamine and other drugs, mainly manifested as lower urinary tract symptoms.However,ketamine-related cystitis is often misdiagnosed and treated poorly because of nonspecific clinical symptoms and concealment of the patient's epidemiological history. At the same time, ketamine and other drugs are not only harmful to the human body, but also can increase unsafe sex and directly affect the spread of HIV infection. In this study, the clinical diagnosis and treatment of 3 three HIV-Infected patients with ketamine-associated cystitis were analyzed, and the relationship between HIV infection and ketamine abuse was discussed on the bases of literature progress.
