Abstract：Cryptococcus neoformans infections represent a serious opportunistic infection in AIDS patients,where accurate and quick detection is essential for guiding early clinical diagnosis and prompt intervention.This review summarizes the current laboratory detection methods and the emerging technologies for Cryptococcus neoformans infections,providing a reference for early,rapid,and efficient diagnosis of these infections.
