Abstract:Mesenchymal stem cells are widely sourced, relatively easy to obtain, and function mainly through secreted exosomes.Mesenchymal stem cell-derived exosomes(MSC-exo)play an important role in the transmission of substances and information between cells, and can inhibit liver fibrosis(LF)through various mechanisms, which has a broad application prospect in the field of disease treatment. This article reviews the research of MSC-exo in the mechanism of LF,and provides a new idea for cell-free transplantation of LF.
