Research progress of seasonal influenza vaccine

Abstract：The seasonal influenza viruses pose a serious threats to public health, and seasonal influenza vaccine is currently the most effective means of preventing and controlling influenza viruses. Typical seasonal influenza vaccines include split vaccine, subunit vaccine, and live attenuated vaccine. Furthermore, new seasonal influenza vaccines include cell culture influenza vaccine, virus-like particle vaccine, and replication-deficient vaccine. In order to provide reference for the prevention and control of seasonal influenza viruses, we introduce the research progress of seasonal influenza vaccine regarding the types of typical seasonal influenza vaccines and the research progress of new seasonal influenza vaccine.
