Abstract:Objective To investigate the effect of nursing intervention on low success rate of FibroScan detection caused by flatulence. Methods Ninety patients who failed in liver stiffness measurement (LSM) due to flatulence were randomly divided into control group and test group, with 45 cases in each group. The control group was given routine care, and the test group was given flatulence-targeted nursing intervention on the basis of routine care. Results The failure rate of secondary LSM, in the test group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusions Targeted nursing intervention can effectively increase the success rate of LSM in patients with intestinal flatulence.
