Abstract:Chronic drug-induced liver injury (DILI) is a serious disease among adverse drug reactions. With continuous development and clinical application of new drugs, as well as the application of herbal and dietary supplements, the incidence of chronic DILI shows a steady increase. Therefore, it is very important for DILI patients to fully understand its diagnosis and treatment. This study aims to comprehend this disease thoroughly through reviewing the latest research findings concerning chronic DILI.
