Discussion on the resignation management of military hospital of infectious disease contract personnel

Abstract：With the increasing number of contract personnel in military hospital of infectious disease, the turnover behavior of such personnel shows a growing impact on hospitals. By analyzing the reasons for turnover intention, we summarizes the problem of employee turnover in an attempt to assist the standardized management of hospital administrative staff, eliminate the adverse reaction of turnover behavior, and promote a harmonious construction of the hospital.
