Abstract:Salmonella infection is a major public health problem in the world. The gradual increase of Salmonella resistant strains has brought great difficulties to the treatment of Salmonella disease and becomes a major threat to public health. This review focuses on the epidemiology of Salmonella infection and the research status of quinolone resistance mechanisms, in an attempt to provide evidence for the prevention, control and treatment of Salmonella infection.
