Advance of causality assessment and biomarker of idiosyncratic drug-induced liver injury

Abstract：The onset of idiosyncratic drug-induced liver injury (iDILI) is rare. The diagnosis for iDILI mainly depends on exclusive diagnosis of the suspected iDILI cases. It's easy to be misdiagnosed or missed in clinical practice. Recent researches focusing on the causality assessment and the diagnostic biomarkers in iDILI have got some progressions. In this article, we summarize recent advances in the causality assessment and the potential diagnostic biomarkers of iDILI, which will provide evidence for the diagnosis of iDILI in the future.
