Research progress in the cellular and molecular immune pathogenesis of HBV-related acute-on-chronic liver failure

Abstract：HBV-related acute-on-chronic liver failure (HBV-ACLF) is a common type of liver failure in our country. It is characterized by rapid progress and extremely high mortality. However, the pathogenesis of HBV-ACLF is complex and not entirely clear. In this article, the HBV-ACLF mechanisms of related cellular and molecular immune cells are reviewed.
