Abstract：Objective To construct a collaborative health service command model for public health emergencies.Methods Based on the key influencing factors of medical command in public health emergencies and integrated with the theory of "target correlation dimension" of social synergetics, the main contents of medical command were analyzed to build the health service command and coordination model and the research started from 4 dimensions: time dimension, spatial dimension, basic dimension and security dimension.Results The model of health service command coordination for public health emergencies was set up to improve the organization and command efficiency of health service organizations.
