Analysis of key elements of medical command in public health emergency

Abstract：Objective To explore the key coordination elements of medical command in public health emergencies.Methods Integrated with the theory of "target-related dimension" of social synergetics, six-sigma method was used as the main analysis tool to study the key factors to influence the cooperation during medical command in public health emergency. The study started from 4 dimensions, including time dimension, spatial dimension, basic dimension and security dimension.Results A total of 12 key coordination elements of health service were screened out. Among them, 3 from basic dimension, 5 from security dimension, 3 from time dimension and 1 from spatial dimension.Conclusions This study can provide theoretical and methodological support for medical command in public health emergency by identifying the key elements of coordination.
