Abstract：This paper reports the artemisinin derivatives (Dihydroartemisinin and Piperaquine Phosphate Tablets, Artesunate Tablets) in two AIDS patients complicated with cerebral toxoplasma infection, which describes the detailed process of the diagnosis, treatment and discussion.
