Abstract：At present, highly active anti-retroviral therapy which has been widely used at home and abroad has been widely used in the treatment of HIV. According to the different role of HIV replication, there are more than 30 types of 6 kinds of anti-retroviral drugs used in anti viral therapy, including nucleoside reverse transcriptase inhibitors, non nucleoside reverse transcriptase inhibitors, protease inhibitors, integrase inhibitors, membrane fusion inhibitors and CCR5 receptor antagonists. In addition, there are many other new drugs are in development and clinical trials.
