Abstract：Currently, the morbidity of nonalcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD) is increasing, so it is extremely pivotal to study the development, progression, prevention and treatment of NAFLD. Intestinal microbiota, as an important and special organ of the body, intimately participates in the metabolism of the body, and the development and progression of NAFLD as well. In this article, the correlation between intestinal microbiota and NAFLD is reviewed.
