Research progress of therapeutic vaccines against hepatitis B

Abstract：A series of therapeutic vaccines against chronic hepatitis B (CHB), including the ones of HBV protein, the specific epitope peptide, DNA plasmids and cells (dendritic cells), have been studied and developed. The authors present a literature review on the research progress of therapeutic vaccines against hepatitis B and propose a solution for the obstacles we are facing during the de-velopment of therapeutic vaccines, so as to provide a reference for clinical research for management of CHB.
