Abstract:More than 25 kinds of antiretroviral agents have been approved in clinical use. Although the tolerability and safety of antiretroviral agents have improved substantially, adverse reactions remain one of the most common causes of medication non-compliance and treatment failure in AIDS patients. So, it is of great importance to know quite well the adverse reactions of antiretroviral agents for clinicians. As the novel antiretroviral agents continue to be approved in use, their adverse reactions should be observed further.
