Clinical examination and personal biosafety protection for infectious specimens with Ebola virus in biosafety level 3 laboratory

Abstract：In compliance with the latest informations released by American Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the“Ebola hemorrhagic fever personal protection guide (second edition),”issued by China Center for Disease Control and Preven-tion, we present and describe here the latest research progresses about performing clinical examinations strategies for infectious blood samples with Ebola virus from patients in biosafety level 3 laboratory at present. The presenting main contents at present include standard operating procedures for clinical examinations and key points about personal biosafety protection when laboratory techni-cians operate in biosafety level 3 laboratory.
