Abstract：Drug-resistant tuberculosis remains a difficult problem that threatens progress made in tuberculosis control. Man-agement strategies for drug-resistant tuberculosis rely on harnessing existing drugs in the best combinations and dosing schedules, together with adjunctive surgery in carefully selected cases. Immunotherapy may also play an important role in the future. This arti-cle focuses on drug selection of drug-resistant tuberculosis.
