Abstract：Persistent HBV replication is the critical factor in the progression of HBV-infected end-stage liver disease, there-fore, it is important for the patients with HBV-infected end-stage liver disease to be given the most appropriate antiviral therapy in terms of the history and response to treatment. This review focuses on the management of antiviral therapy in patients with HBV-in-fected end-stage liver disease.
