Research review of the deflector jet servo valve

Abstract：Recently studies on the characteristics of deflector jet servo valve with traditional me chanicalstructure are introduced at first.Then the development of the structure improvement,processing and detection technique based on the traditional valve is discussed.Also,the applications o'advanced materials in order to improve the valve's performances are explicated.At last,the research on thermal characteristics and erosion wear of pilot stage for deflector-jet servo valve are prodicted to be the most important research areas in the future.
