Abstract：This paper proposes an intelligent solution to the problems raised in the railway site mixing plant production process.The problems involve multi-site long distance unified manage-ment and safety control.Intelligent railway site concrete mixing plant control and management system applies state-of-the-art informatization techniques such as wireless communication,data acquisition,data processing and non-conformity alerting.By combining a mixing plant manage-ment platform,a mixing plant data acquisition module,an intelligent mixing control module and concrete mixing workability monitoring module,the system can be used to monitor the quality of the concrete mixing plant process,improve the accuracy of the mixing proportion and to decrease the non-conformity product ratio.
