Composite Reconfigurable Multi-Clustering Ad Hoc Network
Abstract：With the emerging of numerous wireless network standards, the great obstacle of interoperability between various conventional ad hoc networks can not be ignored anymore. Most previous researches concerned with this problem are focusing on either MAC layer traffic or connection selection schemes. This paper presented a new ad hoc network structure, which contains an improved clustering algorithm, mobile terminals with reconfigurable physic layers and a Network Bridging mechanism. The simulation results demonstrate that, the new network structure can improve the delivery rate at a cost of a slightly worsen of network average delay.
