Q3 Interface Study for the TMN of Ministry of Railways

Abstract：The meaning ，developing method and scarcity of Q3 interface for const ructing the TMN of Ministry of Railways are proposed in this paper. We s uggest that CORBA-BASED and TMN cab be used to construct the INMS(integra ted network management system).
