Abstract:The impermeability of concrete is one of the important factors determining its durability.Through indoor experiments, using factor experiment methods combined with analysis of variance(ANOVA),the influence degree and variation law of fly ash dosage, steel fiber volume ratio, and recycled fine aggregate replacement rate on the impermeability of concrete were studied in detail. The research results show that when the fly ash dosage is 30%,the steel fiber volume ratio is 0.5%~1%,and the recycled fine aggregate replacement rate is 50%,the steel fiber reinforced recycled fine aggregate concrete exhibits the best impermeability.Further analysis reveals that the most critical factor affecting the impermeability of this type of concrete is the recycled fine aggregate replacement rate, whose influence is very significant;followed by the steel fiber volume ratio, whose influence is also significant;in contrast, the influence of fly ash dosage on the impermeability of concrete is not significant.
