Dynamic Elements,Operational Logic and Enhancement Paths for the Formation of the Communist Party of China(CPC)'s Political Leadership

Abstract：The formation of the Communist Party of China(CPC)'s political leadership is a systematic process in which the six dynamic elements of"theory,value,organization,practice,system,subject"work together,and its operation follows the progressive logic of"motivation origin,power linkage,power aggregation".To continuously advance Chinese-style modernization and realize the Chinese Dream of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation,the CPC's political leadership should consolidate the foundation support through ideological guidance and value cohesion,strengthen the efficiency support by virtue of organizational practice and institutional guarantee,and consolidate the vitality support by activating the party subject.Through coordinated efforts and mutual interaction,all elements jointly provide dynamic support for the generation and continuous deepening of the CPC's political leadership.
