Construction of a Precision Employment Support System for Female College Students Based on Multi-Subject Collaboration

Abstract：With the deepening of economic structural reforms and the increase in the number of university graduates,the employment difficulty of female college students has become a social problem.To effectively assist female college students in securing employment,there is an urgent need for the three major support subjects—government,universities and enterprises—to integrate resources and forces,give play to the joint force of full-staff support,construct a precision employment support system for female college students,and form a universal framework.Based on multi-subject collaboration,the system realizes the linkage of various subjects through building a closed-loop support mechanism of"precision identification—dynamic adaptation—long-term tracking",promotes the career development of female college students,extends the achievements to all college students,and ultimately promotes the high-quality employment of university graduates.
