Analysis of Pathways for New-Quality Productivity to Empower the High-Quality Development of the Manufacturing Industry

Abstract：New-Quality Productivity is a key engine driving the development of future productivity and the transformation of the modern industrial system,and an important support for the high-quality development of the manufacturing industry.Focusing on the transformation and upgrading of the manufacturing industry under the background of the digital economy,this study analyzes the theoretical logic of New-Quality Productivity empowering the high-quality development of the manufacturing industry from the three elements of laborers,means of labor,and objects of labor.It deeply explores the practical bottlenecks faced in the process of promoting the leapfrog upgrading of the manufacturing industry,such as insufficient scientific and technological innovation,shortage of high-end talents,limited green development,and imperfect systems and mechanisms.Finally,it proposes breakthrough paths including strengthening scientific and technological innovation,intensifying talent cultivation,ensuring ecological security,and improving systems and mechanisms to promote the high-quality development of the manufacturing industry.
