Abstract：The"Three Political Capabilities"(political judgment,political comprehension,and political execution)are the core competencies of leading cadres.In terms of logical connotation,political judgment is the foundation and logical starting point,political comprehension is the core and connecting link,and political execution is the guarantee and logical endpoint of practical implementation.In the new era,improving these capabilities is an inevitable requirement for enhancing governance efficiency,drawing on historical wisdom,resisting risks and challenges,and fulfilling the original aspiration and mission.In terms of practical pathways,leading cadres should effectively improve the"Three Political Capabilities"by developing political insight,cultivating political literacy,and strengthening political responsibility.
