Abstract：As a crucial component of the spiritual lineage of the Communist Party of China, the Hongqi Canal Spirit stands as a precious spiritual asset and a practical guide for the Chinese people.Against the backdrop of rapid scientific and technological progress in the New Era,empowering the dissemination of the Hongqi Canal Spirit through DeepSeek-type generative artificial intelligence(Generative AI)is not only an inevitable choice aligned with the times but also a practical pathway for the inheritance and innovation of red culture. To promote the rational, effective, and accurate empowerment of such technologies in communication,it is essential to systematically analyze the realistic landscape, value implications, and optimization strategies of their empowerment, thereby providing theoretical references and practical paradigms for the digital dissemination of red culture.
