Abstract:To enhance the safety risk management and maintenance capacity of pumping stations, this study draws on the actual operation data of 34 pumping stations along the Eastern Route of the South-to-North Water Diversion Project.Five primary indicators are established:operation management system, operation management behavior, civil structure condition, mechanical and electrical equipment condition, and metal structure condition, supplemented by 24 secondary indicators corresponding to pumping station hazard factors.Improved AHP and CRITIC methods are integrated for game-theoretic combination weighting.Risk grades are determined by calculating the feature differences and similarity between standard and actual cloud maps of the two-dimensional cloud model, thereby constructing a visual safety risk assessment model for large-scale pumping stations based on the game-theoretic combination weighting two-dimensional cloud model. The results indicate that a large pumping station of the project achieves a Class Ⅱ safety risk, which is acceptable and consistent with its actual operational status. The application of this two-dimensional cloud model evaluation technology with game-theoretic combination weighting improves the existing safety risk assessment methods for pumping stations and provides a novel approach for risk evaluation of similar projects.
