A Study on Scattered Narration in My Name Is Red from the Perspective of Confucianism of Sincerity

Abstract:My Name Is Red,a novel by Turkish Nobel laureate in Literature Orhan Pamuk,has won the French Best Foreign Language Book Award,the Italian Grinzane Cavour Award,and the Dublin Literary Award since its publication,earning him the reputation of a"master"in world literature.Combining Confucianism of Sincerity and from the perspective of scattered perspective in traditional Chinese landscape painting,which Pamuk loves and cherishes,this paper explores the characteristics of"wholeness and locality"and"emptiness and reality"presented in the novel's scattered narrative structure.The unique narrative perspective of the work contributes a new possibility to exchanges and dialogues in world literature.
