Abstract：By adopting literature review and logical analysis,this study explores the contemporary value and challenges of international communication of Chinese national sports culture under the"Belt and Road"Initiative,and puts forward corresponding development paths.The contemporary value lies in enhancing cultural confidence,facilitating people-to-people connectivity,and improving political mutual trust.Key challenges include the need to optimize communication content,the lack of diversified external communication channels,and the urgency of building a high-level communication team.Development paths involve:optimizing the narrative system to refine communication content;strengthening top-level design to establish a comprehensive independent communication matrix;prioritizing the cultivation of high-quality interdisciplinary talents,building a high-level communication team,and enhancing communication efficiency to empower the construction of a sports power.
