Random Evolution Law and Reliability Analysis of Mechanical Properties of Frozen Wellbore Concrete Structure
ZHU Yujia
Abstract:The mechanical properties of the concrete structure of a certain wellbore were investigated, and the stochastic finite element method was employed to perform reliability analysis on the mechanical parameters of the frozen wellbore concrete structure. The results indicate that:(1)The optimal correlation function form is Gaussian(3-DSQX),with the standard deviation of deformation of frozen wellbore concrete decreasing as the autocorrelation distance(ACD)increases, and increasing as the coefficient of variation(COV)increases;(2)Under the randomness of elastic modulus,Poisson's ratio, cohesion, and internal friction angle, the most probable failure depths of the frozen wellbore are 500 m,300 m,400 m,and 600 m respectively, with corresponding maximum failure probabilities of 5.55%,4.99%,4.76%,and 4.01%;(3)Enhancing mixing uniformity, reducing random fluctuation of elastic modulus, and lowering its coefficient of variation can effectively improve the reliability of the wellbore.
