Research on Distribution Network Project Investment Strategy Based on Grey Correlation and Cloud Model

Abstract：Accurate investment in distribution network projects is crucial for ensuring intensive and lean management in power enterprises.The evaluation information of distribution network project investment schemes is often characterized by randomness.This study constructs a cloud evaluation scale using the cloud model,calculates the initial weights of evaluation indicators by integrating the cloud model with the entropy method,and derives the grey correlation degree between investment decision schemes and the ideal scheme based on the initial weights and importance of evaluation indicators.The proposed evaluation scheme is applied to a power enterprise to identify the optimal distribution network project investment decision,which offers reference value for enhancing the investment decision-making level of power enterprises and facilitating their healthy development.
